Welcome to CatFurNature! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cat FurNature Ltd ("CatFurNature"). CatFurNature operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms"), govern your use of the Services and set out your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty information, limitations of liability, and your statutory consumer rights.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services (including placing an order), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are allowing any minor dependents to use the Services on devices under your control, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
To use certain features of the Services, including placing orders, you may need to provide accurate information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping details. You warrant that all information you provide is true, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We aim to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings.
All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, or limit quantities, at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Payment must be successfully processed before we accept your order.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to cancel or amend orders once accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the one stated at the time of ordering (as confirmed in your order summary).
We offer free delivery apart from clothing, which shows prices excluding delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout. Additional charges (such as customs or import duties for international orders) may apply and are your responsibility.
You must provide current, accurate payment information. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method selected and that charges will be honoured. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are handed to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services—including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and design—is owned by CatFurNature or its licensors and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Services for your own shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We have no control over, and no liability for, your use of such third-party tools. You should review the third party’s terms before use.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk. Any transactions or dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY CatFurNature is powered by Shopify to provide the Services. However, all sales are directly between you and CatFurNature. Shopify is not a party to your purchase contracts and bears no liability for our products, services, or transactions. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or purchases.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR). By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information is also shared with Shopify in accordance with their privacy practices.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK Any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback ("Feedback") you submit to us becomes our property. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and commercialise such Feedback.
You warrant that your Feedback does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We may monitor or remove Feedback at our discretion.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability, including after an order is placed, and to cancel orders if necessary. We will notify you in such cases.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Violate any applicable laws or infringe intellectual property rights;
- Harass, abuse, or harm others;

No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it clearly identifies itself (e.g., in the User-Agent header as "Agent/[name]") and complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. We may block Agents at our discretion. Agents must not mimic human behaviour to evade detection or circumvent security measures.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except for those that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to goods being of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Subject to your statutory consumer rights, our total liability to you will not exceed the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law (e.g., death, personal injury, or fraud).
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify us, our affiliates, and Shopify against any losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms remains enforceable.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and CatFurNature submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
