This box contains a clay pot which isnt 100% waterproof, has rubber non slip feet and a plastic insert. There are 2 bags of soil and 1 goes in then the seeds and then the little bag of soil goes ontop. So there are 2 goes in this box. It is said 1 set can last about 14 days. The shoots should grow in about 4-5 days. There is a very good instruction leaflet included and is also most humorous! A good set for £15.

It grew fast and was perfect for our pets.........right up until 4 weeks had passed. The grass died off and went yellow so I called Amazon who said I could return it but when I picked up the pot HUNDREDS of fruit flies came flying out of it!!!!! I sealed it all in a plastic bag and took photo's to show you. It is going to be a job and a half getting rid of these awful flies. If you don't want an infestation, I suggest you give this a miss. I am really cross that this can be allowed to be sold on Amazon and I will be making a formal complaint!
It grew grass! The pot is nice too. But I forgot I had it and left it to die in a corner. Buy this if you’re a consistent person with an affinity to growing plants, otherwise, save your money. Oh and once my cat threw up this grass, I think she liked it a bit too much for her own good.
Dead very quickly
cat grass grows just fine, is quite full and busy to be honest. you MUST follow watering instruction's thou or you will get mold at the bass of the grass. this is very important. BUT if you do you get two full bushels of cat grass from this kit which is quite nice.the pot is basic BUT it's heavy which is great for cat's who like to get right in their and rip the grass out, it means it's not easy to turn or knock over so overall for what you get this is a bargain i think.

I was apprehensive at the idea of needing to plant cat grass very often for my indoor cat. But it is a fairly simple process and doesn't take long at all. It says to plant every 7 days and alternate between 2 pots. I have 2 pots and maybe plant a new batch every 7-14 days depending on when the grass looks dead/dry and not growing as fast. My cat loves the grass and even has eaten some once to puke up a bit of feathers I didn't realise he'd chewed off a toy. Thank goodness! So kind of worth having around and he seems to know when he needs it.

Nothing wrong with the pot, good quality, but at 10cm it's a bit too high for my average sized female cat, so I can't really recommend
Pack consists of a pot a plastic inner, compost and seeds. The compost is divided into a larger bag for the base onto which you sprinkle the seeds and then you cover with the contents of the small bag so they are at the correct depth. A shot glass of water and cover (I cover the inner with a layer of cling film and pop it back in the pot) the grass germinates and is ready in about a week.
